Parking Lot Drainage & Catch Basins

Drainage structures and tie-ins serving an active commercial parking lot were excavated, replaced and connected, then the lot was restored and re-marked. Work was fenced and sequenced around live operations at the site.

Scope

  • Saw-cut and removal of asphalt
  • Rock and soil excavation, including hydraulic hammer work
  • Crushed rock bases for new structures
  • Supply and set of precast drainage structures, with crane lifts
  • New PVC storm pipe and tie-ins to the existing system
  • Catch basin replacement
  • Backfill, compaction and paving restoration
  • Re-marking of parking stalls
